I have yet to fail at finding things out - The Internet is such a great resource.
Since starting this blog I now post my readings (blood sugars) to an on line diary and subscribe to two different newsfeeds about diabetes, I'm also taking cinnamon every day after reading about it on the net. Diabetes seems to have reached epidemic proportions.

First Visit to The Clinic

My consultant isn't happy, blood sugars too high. I have to take three readings a day (got to stay between 4 to 8 mmols, he doubled my meds as well. Saw the podiatrist and had my nails trimmed - said I had nice feet!
I thought I was taking this seriously but not enough it appears.
